Inlighten Ltd - Terms and Conditions

  

Terms and Conditions 

To avoid any misunderstanding in your booking, the following Terms of Business apply to all bookings. Your cooperation and understanding of our terms & conditions is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions please feel free to speak to us.


1. Booking Confirmation  

  1. The Registration process must be completed and the full payment must be received prior to any      programme. 
  2. Inlighten Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without offering a reason.
  3. It is only at the discretion of Inlighten Ltd can any alternative payment arrangements be made. 
  4. Inlighten Ltd reserves the right to terminate their provided service if: 
    • the Client is in breach of these terms & conditions. 
    • the Client's conduct is deemed to be unprofessional, inappropriate or disruptive. 
    • the Client's conduct impacts on Inlighten Ltd or another client in a negative way. 

  1. Termination of an agreement term by Inlighten Ltd is subject to the entire fee, all refunds are subject to Inlighten Ltd discretion. 
  2. The payment should be in full unless you have agreed a series of instalments have been      agreed or deposit. Receipt of the signed terms will be deemed to be your acceptance of these terms.


2. Deposits 

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred at our discretion. 


3. Payment and Credit Facilities 

Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card (we do not accept American Express). Where credit facilities have been agreed all final accounts are payable within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise contracted and agreed with Inlighten Ltd. 


4. Cancellation Policy 

If you have booked a place and are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else. 


     Classes

If you need to cancel a pre-registered booking for a class, please let us know prior to 72 hours before the class for a full refund (a 5% admin fee will be deducted). Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the class as well as non-attendance on the day or any days within the  course, are. In certain circumstances, you may be able to transfer the payment to an alternative future class.


     Workshops

If you have booked a place and are unable to attend a workshop for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else. 


If you are pre-registered for a workshop you must cancel at least 10 days prior to the workshop to receive a full refund (excluding any online booking fees) but a 5% admin fee will be deducted from the cost of the workshop. Cancellations made from 10 days to 48 hours prior to workshop will be liable for a 25% cancellation fee or minimum £25 fee for smaller courses. 


Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop as well as non-attendance on the day. In certain circumstances, you may be able to transfer the payment to an alternative future workshop or course but this will be down to the discretion of Inlighten Ltd and is subject to £15 fee. 


5. Cancellation by us 


In the unlikely event that Inlighten Ltd has to cancel your booking, you will be refunded any payments made.


Inlighten Ltd may cancel if:


a. If an event is moved from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed. In this case your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, we will issue a full refund. 

b. If either party becomes insolvent, or in case of an individual, becomes subject to bankruptcy. 

c. The booking, the persons associated with the booking and/ or the purpose of the event might damage the reputation of the company.
